Xin'an Precision Works–Advantages of Vacuum Casting Services
We are equipped with 2 sets of vacuum casting machines and 2 industrial ovens. The maximum internal dimension of each oven is 1200×800×500 mm. Our team consists of 3 senior technicians with over 10 years of experience, specializing in the production of intricate soft rubber parts, plastic enclosures and mechanical components.
We are capable of replicating materials including ABS, PC, Nylon, POM and rubber. Custom formulations such as ABS+PC blends, glass fiber reinforcement and UL94 V0 flame retardant modification are available to enhance product rigidity and dimensional stability. Our products comply with the GB/T1804-M tolerance standard: the shrinkage rate is controlled within ±0.3% and the distortion rate below 98% for parts up to 200 mm; for parts up to 300 mm, the shrinkage rate is ±0.5% and the distortion rate is kept under 90%. All finished products are bubble-free. Full inspection and assembly testing are conducted prior to delivery to eliminate fitting issues. We also provide a full range of post-processing services, including sandblasting, painting, electroplating, screen printing, polishing and light transmission treatment.
Overmolding for Silicone Mold Vacuum Casting
We also offer integrated vacuum casting overmolding services, supporting structures such as hard plastic over soft rubber, plastic over silicone, and plastic with pre-embedded metal inserts. Using both one-shot and secondary overmolding processes, we can adjust the soft rubber hardness from Shore A30 to A90 to meet specific requirements. The finished parts feature strong interlayer bonding and precise texture reproduction.
With no need for costly steel mold tooling, our overmolding solution provides excellent cost performance and fast lead times for low-volume production. All processes are completed in-house to ensure reliable, one-stop delivery.

Vacuum Casting Service Advantages of Xin’an Precision
We provide a one-stop vacuum casting service. Our engineers offer free one-on-one drawing reviews, process planning and quotation. We also optimize product structures to mitigate potential risks upfront, with free rework for defective parts. Quotations are provided within 8 hours, with lead times ranging from 3 to 15 days.
The entire production process is completed in-house, from prototype verification, silicone mold making, and part forming, to finishing, surface treatment, quality inspection and packaging, ensuring reliable quality and delivery schedules.
This process is ideal for low-volume production (10–500 pieces, where cost-effectiveness is highest) of medical components, automotive parts, smart home enclosures and more. Compared with steel mold injection molding, our solution delivers over 60% cost savings and 80% shorter lead times.
Flexible Thin & Complex & Clear PC/PU Parts | (Vacuum Casting)
At Xin’an Precision, we adopt precision vacuum degassing and temperature-controlled curing processes, combined with custom mold design and anti-tearing demolding solutions specifically for complex-shaped soft rubber parts. This effectively eliminates common issues such as shrinkage, warpage, flash, and blooming.
Our process achieves a minimum wall thickness of 0.8 mm with uniform wall distribution, minimal deformation, and stable elasticity. Soft rubber parts can be produced in a hardness range of Shore A30 to A90.
For transparent parts, custom colors can be achieved by adding colorants. The light transmittance of standard transparent parts reaches up to 80%, while our PC transparent parts achieve up to 92% light transmittance. Using high-purity imported raw materials, dual-stage degassing, dust-free production, and precision mold surface treatment, we eliminate defects such as air bubbles, water ripples, yellowing, surface scratches, and poor clarity. We can produce full-transparent, semi-transparent, frosted, and partial light transmission effects with smooth, clear surfaces that rival the quality of injection-molded parts.
