What materials can you process for CNC machining?

We offer CNC machining for aluminum, stainless steel, copper, brass, POM, ABS, PC, acrylic, nylon and other metal & plastic materials. Custom material requirements are acceptable.

Do you support low-volume prototype orders and mass production?

Yes. We specialize in CNC prototypes, small-batch custom parts and large-volume serial production for global industrial buyers.

What is your typical lead time for CNC machined parts?

Prototypes: 3–7 working days; Small batch orders: 7–15 working days. Delivery time depends on part complexity, material and surface finishing requirements.

What drawing formats do you accept for quotation?

We accept STEP, IGES, STL, SolidWorks, AutoCAD(DXF/DWG), PDF drawings. Send your technical files to get an official quotation.

Can you provide different surface finishes?

Available finishes: anodizing, sandblasting, polishing, powder coating, plating, passivation, oil spray as customer requirements.

What tolerance can your CNC machining reach?

Our standard precision tolerance reaches ±0.005mm for high-precision custom components. Strict tolerances can be negotiated based on drawings.

Do you provide quality inspection reports?

Yes. We can offer dimension inspection reports, material certificates and test documents upon request before shipment.
